Preventive maintenance

Plan ahead for
door and dock maintenance.

We’re developing maintenance services based on how your doors and dock equipment are used. Tell us what you would like included.

See what you have.
Know what comes next.

Our planned process begins with an equipment inventory and condition review. The findings would help define maintenance needs, repair priorities, and a proposed visit schedule.

Any future maintenance agreement would specify the equipment, work included, visit schedule, and approval process. We are collecting interest now; plans and service availability are not yet confirmed.

Maintenance questions

How often should doors and dock levelers be serviced?

The schedule depends on manufacturer guidance, equipment use, environment, and condition. A suitable interval should be determined for each asset rather than applying one fixed frequency to every system.

Are replacement parts included in a maintenance plan?

Only if the written agreement includes them. The plan should specify the asset list, visit frequency, included work, parts, exclusions, and approval process for additional repairs.

What will a maintenance report include?

Equipment identification, condition findings, supporting photos, authorized maintenance performed, unresolved concerns, and recommended next steps.

Can inspections be provided without a recurring agreement?

A one-time condition review can be scoped separately for supported equipment. You can express interest now; we will follow up as services become available.
